I was born in London and lived there until I was 6yrs old, when we then moved to Kent.  My "Cake Obsession" started about 7yrs ago when I took a course with Eric Lanlard "Cake Maker to the Stars"!!! I then went on to train as a "Professional Cake Maker" as passed my "PME Masters back in 2003, and I'm now training to become a "Patisserie and Confectionary" chef at Westminster College in London.

I am really looking forward starting my new venture as a "Professional Wedding Cake Maker" and Sugar Cake Artist, and look forward to making many couples "Dream wedding cakes" and teaching many new students the art of "Cake Making and Bread/Patisserie" skills.
